All students agree to the following, with failure to do so, at our discretion, may lead to removal from the course :
1. commit to completing the exercises during class and homework.
2. attend lessons regularly unless in the case of mitigating circumstances. If a class or homework is missed, recorded lessons, where available, will be used to catch up.
3. join Telegram group channel and use Zoom Meeting applications as well as any other platforms that Markaz Umar endorses.
4. accept that the course start date may be postponed until the minimum class size of 30 students is achieved.
5. monitor the registered email, Markaz Umar website and telegram channel for any subsequent notices regarding this course.
6. accept occasional holidays, e.g. Eid, Hajj.
7. accept times of live lessons being subject to change, e.g. prayer times.
8. keep confidential the telegram invite, class links, materials, resources and recordings and not share them with anyone that is not an active member of the class telegram group.
9. behave respectfully towards the instructor, admin staff and other students.

Generally, we keep camera’s disabled but ultimately you are responsible for your camera and microphone.

I consent for the course lessons to be recorded, this may include my microphone and/or camera data, and the recordings used for educational purposes during this course and other courses.
