Hereinafter, the term “child” includes “children”.
I acknowledge that I have legal parental or guardianship responsibilities of any child that I am registering and I agree to ensure the following regarding my child;
1. commits to completing the exercises during class and homework, supervising them if needed.
2. attends lessons regularly unless in the case of mitigating circumstances. If they miss a class or homework, I will ensure they catch up using the recorded lessons, where available.
3. joining Google Classroom & Zoom and also agree to use any other platforms that Markaz Umar endorses.
4. the start date of the course may be postponed until the minimum class size of 30 students is achieved.
5. monitor my email, the google classroom, Markaz Umar website and telegram channel for any subsequent notices regarding this course.
6. there may be the occasional holidays, due to Eid, Hajj or other reasons.
7. times of live lessons are subject to change, due to prayer times or other reasons.

I consent for the course lessons to be recorded, this may include my child’s microphone and/or camera data, and the recordings used for educational purposes during this course and other courses.
