The basis for this Arabic Language Course for English-speaking students was designed by the internationally recognised instructor, Professor Abdur Rahim (rahimahullah) who served as the Director of the Translation Centre at the King Fahd Qur’an Printing Complex and held a former position as a Professor of Arabic at the Islamic University of Madinah. The Madinah Islamic University course on classical Arabic stands out as an efficient and proven method of learning, with a successful track record spanning over 40 years.

Level two of this comprehensive course, covers the core Arabic language book two but additionally there are ssome complimentary lessons of the side book, Hadeeth text that are also authored by Professor Abdur Rahim and together serve as an effective tool for acquiring a profound understanding of Arabic in its classical structural form as studied originally at the aforementioned University.

There are approximately 39 recorded lessons on the main book two and 16 complimentary lessons on Hadeeth side book.

Our course employs applied grammar to teach essential language skills, with lessons centered around conversations that highlight distinct language patterns. Various exercises are incorporated to assist students in grasping and mastering the patterns presented in each lesson. The vocabulary introduced ranges from classical and Quranic Arabic to expressions used in contemporary Arabic.
